3.1 Visiting the Website; Contacting

3.2 Using our Web Shop; Personal Customer Account
If you would like to order goods in our web shop, you have the choice between the following: Stating the data required for the order only once for this order or creating a personal customer account where your data will be saved for future purchases.
If you do not create a personal customer account, we will save your data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and delete them as soon as we are no longer legally bound to their storage. The obligatory data required for executing the contracts are marked separately; further information can be stated on a voluntary basis.
If you create a customer account, the storage of the data provided by you for this purpose is revocable. You can always view, modify and delete the data provided in the course of a registration. However, deletion is not possible insofar and as long as we still need the data to perform the services used by you, especially for the execution and fulfilment of contracts. 3.3 Registration for the 3 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
After the purchase of one of our products, you have the option to benefit from the 3 year manufacturer’s warranty by separately registering with us or a third party. This is done in accordance with the provisions applicable thereto. The storage of the data provided by you for this purpose is always revocable. Your data will be deleted after the expiry of the warranty period and/or after the final processing.
3.4 Data use for Advertising E-Mails without Newsletter Registration und your Right of Objection
If we receive your email address in connection with the sale of goods or services, and you haven't objected, we reserve the right to send you offers about similar products as the ones you bought from our sortiment per email. You can object to this use of your email address at any time by sending a note to the contact address shown below, or using the provided link in the advertisement email, without causing you any costs other than the transmission costs according to the base rates.
3.5.1 We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for the subscription to our newsletter. After you have submitted your e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you, asking you to confirm your consent to receiving our newsletter. Provided that you confirmed your consent, we will not delete your e-mail address until you have unsubscribed from the newsletter. We will save your e-mail address for the purpose of being able to send you the newsletter. Furthermore, we will save your IP address and the time of the registration and confirmation in order to avoid the misuse of your data.
3.5.2 In order to receive the newsletter, you only have to provide the e-mail address. Further data can be provided on a voluntary basis. These will only be used to personalise the newsletter. In the event of revocation, the entire data will be deleted.
3.5.3 You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This revocation can be executed by clicking the respective link included in each newsletter e-mail or by sending a message to the contact data stated in the legal notice. The data provided by you will not be forwarded to third parties.
External service providers assigned by us will support us in the execution and cancellation of orders, as well as in the execution of payment transactions and warranty or guarantee cases. Your personal data required for these purposes will be forwarded to these external service providers. To some extent, your data will also be collected by the external service providers on our behalf. The external service providers have been carefully selected and commissioned in writing. They are bound to our instructions and checked on a regular basis. The service providers will not disclose these data to third parties.
