Liability for contents

According to Section 7 Subsection 1 TMG (Telemediengesetz, German Telemedia Act), we as the service provider are liable for the contents on this website in accordance with general legal provisions. According to Section 8 to Section 10 TMG, however, as a service provider we are under no obligation to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to search for indications of unlawful acts. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legal provisions shall remain unaffected. However, any liability in this respect shall not arise until knowledge of a specific violation is obtained. Should we become aware of corresponding violations, we shall remove such contents immediately.
