Here’s a fun fact to season your small talk with: Broccoli has as much Vitamin C as an orange! One cup of broccoli covers your entire Vitamin C requirements for the day. Combine that with cinnamon, which has a reputation as a „fat killer“, and no recipe offers more power.
Step 1: peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves.
Step 2: wash the broccoli florets. Put them in the blender.
Step 3: Add the garlic cloves and vegetable stock to the blender. Add a pinch of paprika powder, cinnamon and curry powder. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add it to the other ingredients.
Step 4: Select the Soup programme on your blender. This will cook the ingredients at 100°C for 30 minutes and stir them gently 6 to 8 times. This programme also keeps soup hot for 20 minutes without stirring.
