Raspberry Explosion

Preparation: 10 minutes

Raspberries are a regional powerfood. They contain huge amounts of anthocyanins – secondary plant compounds that are some of the most powerful shields against ageing and hair loss. What’s more, raspberries grow locally and reach your plate without too many food miles. What’s not to like?

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 handful of dates
  • Vanilla powder
  • 3 pieces of ginger
  • 1/4 l almond milk
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1: Quarter the bananas, then put them in the jug of your blender with the other ingredients.

Step 2: Pulse for at least 60 seconds, or until the desired consistency is achieved.

Step 3: Pour in a cooled glass. Open your mouth. Enjoy!
