Many people look forward to an after-lunch snooze in the office chair. Without a double espresso, they probably wouldn’t make it through the next meeting at all. But life doesn’t have to be that way.

Our Satisfying Smoothie is a delicious alternative. It’s brim-full of important vitamins and fibre – and just the thing to put you in pole position well ahead of the Afterwork Party.

Just blend all the ingredients first thing in the morning, put your smoothie in the office fridge until lunch, then shake well before you drink it.


  • ¼ banana Mineralstoffe Kalium und Magnesium
  • 150 ml orange juice hoher Gehalt an sekundären Pflanzenstoffen des Typs Vitamin C
  • 25 ml coconut milk 
  • ground vanilla (if liked)
  • 1 tbsp. amaranth
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. black sesames
  • ice cubes (if liked)
