Cucu Smoothie

preparation: 5 Minutes

Chia seeds contain over four times more iron than spinach. They supply energy and power – plus the fibre you need to make this Cucu Smoothie so satisfying.


  • ½ Lemmon
  • 2-3 oranges
  • 100 g mango
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. ginger
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds


Step 1: Peel the lemon and oranges. Put them in the blender.

Step 2: Peel and chop the mango. Chop the cucumber roughly. Add the mango, cucumber, ginger and chia seeds to the blender.

Step 3: Set the blender to 20,000 rpm and 60 seconds in Manual mode. Start the blender and wait for the automatic sequence to finish.

Step 4: Pour the mixture into a glass. Garnish if desired, then enjoy your energy-rich smoothie.
