Berry Flush

Preparation: 5 Minuten

Raspberries belong to the Rose Family; their bushes can grow up to 2 metres tall. Raspberries are rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and folic acid – plus lots of other nutrients that are really good for your body. No wonder raspberries play a starring role in the Berry Flush Smoothie – and keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients:

  • 60 g blueberries
  • 60 g raspberries
  • 3 tbsp puffed amaranth
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 250ml almond milk

Zubereitung

Step 1: Put the blueberries, raspberries, puffed amaranth, bee pollen, almond butter and almond milk in the blender.

Step 2: Set the blender to 20,000 rpm and 60 seconds in Manual Mode. Start the blender and wait for the automatic sequence to end.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into a glass, relax and enjoy!
