Bakey Smoothie Bowl

Spoon smoothies are the new food trend. A smoothie bowl gives you protein and important vitamins for a healthy start to the day. This trend is a real highlight for your taste buds – and the way these smoothie bowls are decorated is a real feast for your eyes too. An authentic food trend for all your senses.


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1-2 tsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • chopped nuts (hazelnuts, almonds or walnuts are good) fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) chia seeds


Step 1: Put the bananas, dates, cocoa, peanut butter and almond milk into the blender.

Step 2: Set the blender to 20,000 rpm and 60 seconds in Manual Mode. Start the blender and wait until the automatic sequence ends.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into a bowl. Decorate with chopped nuts, fresh berries and chia seeds.
